Your butter cream frosting looks really light. How do u make it? I have to make a wedding cake for my sister-in-law in a couple week(it’s gonna be my very first wedding cake). I’m so nervous and excited at the same time. I never work with fondant or trying to stack 3 tiers cake before. I hope everything will turn out fine.
Butter cream frosting is a pretty common frosting. It’s not what Robin puts in the frosting to harden it, she pops the frosted cake in the cooler (fridge) for a bit for it to be firm enough so the fondant can be placed on top. She says this at :40 in the video. Hope this helps you!

I am pretty sure that sugar coating is the stuff that I despise on my cakes. It does look interesting, but it tastes like exactly what it is. Pure sugar and fat.

I apologize juliaANDpaula I didn’t know you had a disability. If your were 5 years old and perfectly could stick fondant own to a cake then I would write that down in the comments section. Also please try to spell and capitalize your words people will respect you better. I probably made some grammar mistakes myself but at least I put some effort into it.
