dont pay upfront, some will disappear when they get the money

Always respect their creative edge, and their work.
If you learn to work with various persons you will generate a wonderful rapport and they will return with future clients.
Who may also have an attitude. Just learn to work with creative differences and people that have been in business awhile. – the customer is always “right”. ;O)
