After watching 2 short video tutorials i build our house in a few hours ( i'm no expert). Also there is a 3d warehouse where you can download all kind of pre build models like buildings, furniture, trees, textures and much more. There are also free plugins to im- export your model to professional renderers for a more photorealistic effect.
