If I were you I would eat all the cut off cake! but turning them into cake bites is probebly a better idea. I would eat the cake bites too, though..^^

The cut off cake gets dipped in ganache and turned into cake bites. :-)

I like the can better than the compressor…it allows me to be more mobile…I can easily get around the whole cake with the can. This is about a $400 – $500 cake…it was about 10X20X8.

at about 2:06 I thought it was going to be a toaster!! The end result was fabulous by the way! What do you do with the cake you cut off?

hi i was jus wonderin u just use a compressed air can then hook up the gun to it rite ….ive never seen an air brush like that…. just like the ones with the compressors,.,.,.,.,., and how much would you charge 4 that cake ,.,.,. what r the sizes thank you so much

I use a really simple airbrush gun that I bought at a local hobby shop. If you need to do fine lines then you will want to buy a high quality gun. As for the “paint” I use Kroma Kolors. It works really well and I’ve never had it gum up the tip.
