Do it in contrasting colors of bright yellow & purple – like “citrus” and “mythical” by sherwin williams. You could do stirpes, or dots, or paint two walls one color & two walls another.

Then get some crazy fun bedding, like one of these:

I had the same problem in sixth grade, now in 9th, i regret my dieision on BLue-green-and purlple walls. Even though you want to express yourself, have more than your own opinion on you idea b/c i love crazy things to. I would go with more accesories than wall color b/c it can be changed easier in the long run.

try painting a wall a different color

like one green one blue one pink

or two walls one color or two walls another…thats what i did, only i did three walls white and one wall black

or you could paint bubble like circles on your wall using a stencil

for your bed, get just a bright, funky colored bedspread and fun throw pillows.

well my room is orange, and at lowes they have wall dots ( like wall stickers that you can remove without ruiining paint)
that come in all colors and designs. Mine are pink and orange and then i have white furniture and it is very roomy :]
you should do something bright, it always feels better, haha.

I’d go with light walls. Lots of random pictures and things. Beanbags or other chairs look cool. Something that plays music out loud is cool. AND RANDOM THINGS! Things handing from the ceiling look cool.

If you want an actual room room, that reflects you and your being, pick out colors that you like and go wild.
If you take another person’s colors and crap like that, how would that be you?
