HGTV You put in the search colors that corridante with wood tones or look at some shows like ” get color” “divine design” those are just 2 great shows that tell you alot of what looks good with what and if you need a show that can show you how to to do it with not so much money its called “Design on a dime ” or “Design Remix”

Yes I agree everything goes with wood.
You could find a big wooden frame and do a collage of you with family and friends, seal it with sealer you could find at $2 shops in the scrap booking area or put it behind the glass with a mat in the colour of your carpet or bedspread.
