Against, that is bs. Wait until they can tax it or limit our freedoms in some way and then they will be pushing in mass quantities and call it going green or to prevent global warming.

While I despise federal government sticking its nose where it does not belong, I love local government… In local government the residents and businesses can actually impact the decisions made. In addition to voting with their ballot, they can vote with their feet, and the local council is much more likely to listen. If the locals want less outdoor light they should change things.

If they think it’s necessary, they have the right to do it. If you don’t like it, vote them out.
