People in nice neighborhoods, building and house contractors, decorators.

Try upscale communities. Focus on wives whose husbands are away on business excessively if you know what I mean.

Also research new subdivisions. They have “models” that they design and show to potential buyers for each new phase of the project. But they usually go with established firms.
