		<description>Hmmm...I&#039;d check with the state consumer affairs dept., if they have one. New Jersey does. You might be able to call yourself something else that makes it clear it is your hobby, not a licensed profession.

Maybe, Room Artist. Picture painters don&#039;t need to be licensed. They are called artists. You are an artist at rooms.</description>
